What's troubling you?

Experience has shown me the value of psychotherapy as a tool to understanding ourselves and our behaviours. I believe that our earliest experiences shape the way that we relate to others in later life. Having the space to explore this in a non-judgmental way can be a transformative and helpful experience. Therapy is valuable if you are currently in a crisis or find that you would like to deepen your understanding of yourself and the way you function in the world.

You can expect a confidential, safe and highly professional relationship in a caring and containing environment allowing you to explore past and present difficulties. We will use the relationship that develops between us to understand how you relate to others in a wider context. It can be difficult work, but ultimately a very rewarding experience.

I trained at the highly regarded WPF therapy (four year postgraduate degree course) and have worked with a broad range of patients. I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and FPC (The Foundation for Psychotherapy & Counselling).
